I’ve recently updated my garden blog as well as my fotolog. Why don’t you stop on by?

I just had to share with you my bargain find at Target the other day… I bought a great throw pillow that matches my comforter exactly and adds a nice touch to the bed (when it is actually made which is only when guests are over – ). After searches at all sorts of stores, this pillow that was less than $7 made my day and has been the best decorative match yet!

I don’t know how but I forgot to mention that my husband bought me some lovely flowers when he was at Central Market this weekend. I just love the color and texture combination – I don’t know if I would have thought of putting these two flowers together!

Remember that list of things to do I posted a few days ago? Well, I got such a good start and finished over half of it Wednesday night with every intention to finish it last night. WIth Kenny home though and a 2 1/2 hour movie to watch before the rental was late for a 2nd time, I parked my behind on the couch and waited to see Jude Law’s naked bottom (I did briefly towards the end). As for the movie itself (Cold Mountain), yes, it had good acting but my gawd it was depressing. I didn’t even want to watch the inevitable ending and afterwards Kenny and I were both ready to go jump off a cliff, it was so sad and melodramatic (and predictable). Only a handful of characters (the main ones) showed any true humanity or respect for each other and you were left with a feeling of despair and hopelessness. *sigh*
