Awesome weather & pretty sunsets.

August 12th 2004 by cybertoad in general, images

Sorry for being MIA yesterday. I started a post in the late afternoon but got too busy to finish it and it was no longer relevant today so I scrapped it. Instead, I’ll share with you some pictures I took last night of the sunset.

The beautiful sunset was thanks to a cool front coming into the Houston area last night. I didn’t think it would that big a deal because we have had other “cool” fronts this summer and it was still hot as Hades minus a degree or two.

This time it was different though and I stepped out to a wonderfully nice cool 70-something morning! You can’t even imagine how this has lifted my spirits! Although the fall is months away it is the first sign that it’s coming and the summer is slowly but surely winding down (yes, fall is my favorite season of the year). I drove to work today with the sunroof open and the a/c turned down. Checking out the forecast for the next few days and I was thrilled to find out that the weather is here to stay for a few more days:

So, without further ado, here are pictures of the sunset. Click on (more) to see the rest and click on the photo itself to see a larger image…

And from my Palm Zire 71…
