Why?

Questions: Why the hell do I feel thirstier since I’ve started to drink more water on a daily basis? That doesn’t seem very logical!

    Most likely because your body gets used to a certian level of hydration and attempts to maintain it by making you thirsty. I guess you can look at it this way you get a certian saturation level and need to stay there …. BTW this is a wild ass guess

    Drinking water is a good thing!!!:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:Our bodies are made up by mostly water. Once your body get used to you drinking your daily water requirements you will loose all of your water weight, digestion will improve, your skin will be clearer and a bunch of other good stuff…:cool:
