I don’t think I have ever gone this long without posting. It’s just been a whirlwind at work that never stops. We are a small company and I am being tasked with a lot of projects, both big and small. I work weekends, after hours, you name it. It’s so different than my last three jobs where I struggled to stay on task because I was never challenged. Now I am definitely challenged and at times overwhelmed but it’s a good thing.

Unfortunately I get home and just don’t feel like doing much. The weekends are very similar. As a result I have been negligent in my home, of my e-mails, of my blog.

Today I have a chance to get in here and say hello. I won’t go into a specific recap. It’s too tedious and boring. Kenny and I have not done anything too exciting nor gone anywhere exciting. We have just hung out at home, watched some movies, had dinner with various combinations of friends, gone shopping (woo-hoo, we have our very own pressure washer now), run errands, visited with out-of-town friends, yadda, yadda, yadda…

I’m keeping this short and sweet so I can try to post over at the garden blog as well today but I will make a better effort to get in here.
