I have forgotten to give you movie reviews so let me catch you up!

V for Vendetta (theater) – Kenny and I headed Downtown and saw this movie at one of my favorite theaters, Angelika. I like it because the crowd tends to be 30-something people like us and you avoid disrespectful teenagers, ringing cell phones and crying babies. Anyway, the movie was very well done and I am glad we saw it on the big screen. It is a story with a political lesson and although a bit grandiose at times, it was still an effective film. I recommend seeing it before it leaves the theaters. Kenny liked it so much he wrote his own entry over at his blog.

Flightplan (NetFlix) – Kenny and I were kept guessing till almost the end of the film so I guess it was well done! A good drama that will interest both men and women. I also recommend checking out the DVD extra on how the set was designed and how it worked. That was was pretty cool in and of itself.

Fever Pitch (NetFlix) – I’ve always liked Drew Barrymore and Kevin Fallon was just as likable in this romantic comedy. Even if you aren’t a baseball fan you’ll enjoy the movie. It was sweet and lovable and a good flick to watch with the family.
