Wow. So here we are, already in December. Thanksgiving has come and gone, quicker than ever. My birthday is a week and a half away, holiday gatherings and parties are quickly filling up the calendar, shopping is being done for gifts, Christmas cards have been ordered, photography gigs (weddings, portrait sessions) are essentially done for the year.

I am gearing up for our annual holiday party which will also happily fall on my birthday but other than that, things aren’t too hectic. We will be staying in town for the holidays, taking a day off here & there from work in order to use my PTO and not lose it before the end of year. Low key but festive and full of friends. Just the way I like it!
