On the road…

I am currently out in Louisiana on an overnight business trip (pic below is a cell phone pic taken on the 2 hour drive from the airport to my destination). Things have been busy as work in anticipation of this trip and I simply haven’t had a chance to jump in and say hello. Suffice to say that things are going well. I like it when work is busy, I work more efficiently.

Besides work, I have been busy socially as well (and as usual). Friday Kenny and I took the day off and spent it together (early Valentine gift to each other). We hit the museum to see the frogs, hit the mall, found a couple of geocaches… Saturday was spent taking lots of photos at the zoo and getting to better know several local photographers. Sunday I frantically cleaned house then hosted a baby shower.

So there you have it – my weekly litany of calendar events. It gets old, doesn’t it? LOL.

P.S. The shape of the state of Texas is much more appealing in an aesthetic sort of way than the state of Louisiana, don’t you think?
